**At PLA, we ****partner with Founders that align culturally with PLA, are market leaders, and share the same vision and outlook on the future as PLA. Our Founders are critically important to the identity of PLA and have helped shape what PLA is today. These leaders put their employees and the communities they serve first, have a passion for their customers and are humble in their approach.**

**Steve Clark founded Propak in 2000, growing from a single employee to a 2,000 person organization operating across the U.S. over the next 20 years. Propak grew through the hard work of its employees, and a core emphasis on not just speaking the language of their customers, but on doing so in their accent. Today, Propak operates 60 locations, providing reverse logistics, TPM, freight brokerage, and other supply chain services to the most dynamic distribution companies in the world.**
