**At PLA, we ****partner with Founders that align culturally with PLA, are market leaders, and share the same vision and outlook on the future as PLA. Our Founders are critically important to the identity of PLA and have helped shape what PLA is today. These leaders put their employees and the communities they serve first, have a passion for their customers and are humble in their approach.**

**Valley Pallet was founded in 1987 in Salinas, California, expanding into Yuma and Sacramento in 1996 when Frank Shean joined the company. Frank bought Valley Pallet from its owners in 2003, and has since grown the business to four locations across with over 250 employees, serving the pallet needs of its loyal customers across California and Arizona.**
